Susan Hammitt, AFC, CDFA, Mediator, Life Planning Coach 

A twenty five year career in personal finance led Susan to develop the model for Personal Financial Sustainability (PFS).   The model is based on years of experience assisting hundreds of clients plan or negotiate significant financial change.

Personal Financial Sustainably focuses on maintaining a valuable daily life, the foundation of a meaningful financial plan. Whether clients need to master basic financial skills, overcome difficult financial circumstances, transition to retirement, establish a life partnership, care for aged parents, or negotiate a divorce settlement; successful outcomes support sustainable quality of life.  Susan is a talented financial counselor, financial analyst, coach, and mediator.

Susan graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Anthropology and is a Certified Financial Counselor and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. She has also completed hundreds of training hours as a Life Planning Coach and Mediator. As a fee only financial counselor Susan does not sell products or receive commissions.
